Minimum Property Conditions for HUD Loans

Online Course (via Google Meet) - Real Estate Continuing Education (No Charge)

This is a free CE class Is designed To help Realtors learn what property conditions may be a concern for transactions using HUD type financing.  These type of loans typically have additional requirements as far as the home's condition.  Learn to stay ahead of the appraiser and cut serious time off the time from offer to closing.  At the end of this class, attendees will be able to identify issues in a home that may potentially be a concern for FHA, VA, and RD loans.  You will also receive a "short list" reference PDF that you can use in the field.  This class is 50 minutes long and attendees will earn 1 hour of Continuing Education elective credit.

In older homes, there is the potential of several materials being in the home that are no longer used due to their poor performance or health concerns.  This class will help you qualify buyers before looking at homes, saving you and your client time and money.  This class will help agents identify materials and obvious defects in a home that may cause frustration in the inspection process.  When the right expectations are set with older homes, buyers know what they are getting into, and the deal stays together.  Older Homes Have "Charm" and Potential Buyers Need To Know What They Are Buying.  This Class Will Help Agents Set Expectations Before An Offer Is Written.  This class is 50 minutes long and attendees will earn 1 hour of CE elective credit.
